Absolutely amazing service, came out for an urgent pipe burst in less than 30 minutes. Fixed the pipe better then I could've imagine. Also Eric was very friendly and gave my helpful recommendations for the care of my pipes for the future. Price was excellent, would definitely recommend and reuse.

I called the office at 8:51 am Saturday morning 2/1/25 explaining our shower didn’t work. At 9:33 am Daniel was 20 minutes away. I’m already impressed by their professionalism. 10:02am he arrived at our home and started right in analyzing the problem. Turns out to be the mixing valve in the shower. He explained 3 different options he had from a simple repair to changing out the entire faucet giving me on the spot pricing. We agreed to the worst case scenario and after he finished turns out to be a repair was all that was needed. He also checked our water pressure coming into the house and all seems good. I have used Greenwood plumbing in the past and all I can say is they got even better. Highly recommend this company for reliability and professional service.

I personally Highly recommend them! From calling to get help, all the way thru to getting the job done! 10's all around! Our water heater broke this morning so I called to have someone come replace it. I spoke with Jessica who was great and helped get someone to help quickly. Our technician Charles McDaniel was amazing! He explained everything an answered any questions we had. While here, something besides the water heater came up an he explained every step of the way an kept us informed with what the price would be as things needed to happen. (our house is old) Charles even gave us treats for our kittens!!😻 As far as pricing goes they are extremely fair! If you need a plumber call them!

Edward was amazing. Called for water heater replacement and ended up asking him to take a look at our kitchen sink while he was here. He was here in less than an hour, very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job, quickly, and for the most reasonable price after multiple quotes. Will definitely be returning for any other plumbing and heating work we need in the future.

I called Mr Rooter because our 13 year old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Charles came out quickly, gave a fair quote, and did the job right away because he had a water heater in his truck already. The leak happened in the morning and we had a new water heater installed by lunch. Great company and I’ll be requesting Charles for further plumbing work in the future!

Justin did an outstanding job replacing our bathroom sink and toilet shutoff valves. Very professional, personable, conscientious and thorough. He explained the work he was going to do and pointed out any other issues he found. We have been using Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs for many years and will continue to do so. We have always received excellent service, quality work and reasonable pricing.

Excellent, friendly and professional service from Justin and the service folks at Rooter. From the initial phone call about my continuous water heater to the service work first thing Monday morning. Justin made sure I understood the system, pointed out and fixed a wrongly installed valve and added more years of life to the unit. He also provided helpful tips. I highly recommend!

At noon the Saturday before Thanksgiving our water heater showed signs of leaking so after calling one company, that didn’t answer and still hasn’t returned my call a month later, I called Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing. My call was answered promptly and I was told someone would be at my house between 1:39 and 4:30 pm. I also was sent the name and photo of the plumber. He, Justin, called at 3:00 saying he would arrive in 30 minutes. On arrival, as promised, he looked at the tank, needed replacement as expected. He explained all of the options, explained the pricing and did not try to steer us in any direction, he did recommend changing the valves but absolutely no pressure. We decided what we wanted and got the price and he went to work. On completion he swept the area and except for the new heater everything looked as it was. We were impressed with the company, the quick response and Justin’s work The price was almost exactly what we thought it might be before we called. We would absolutely call Mr Rooter again for routine or emergency service again.
